You can access information regarding your accounts with the Embers Credit Union through virtually any ATM.
Receive your New Debit Card and PIN
A series of two mailers will be sent to your current address. One mailer will contain the new Debit Card. The other mailer will provide a randomly assigned PIN (personal identification number). They will not arrive together. To activate the card please use the phone number that you put on the debit card application and PIN that was assigned. Should your PIN mailer be lost or misplaced, please contact member services.
Customize your PIN
In order to protect your account information, a PIN is used with a Debit Card to gain access to your accounts. You may utilize the randomly assigned PIN number provided, or change it to a confidential number of your choosing. You can change your PIN at one of our ATMs, upon activation, or by calling (877) 746 6746.
Activate your New Debit Card
New Debit Cards can be activated by calling (800) 411-6390, calling the number on the sticker on the card, making a PIN transaction or by calling us.
Start Using your New Debit Card
Once your Debit Card has been activated, you are free to use it!
Who do I contact if my debit card is lost or stolen?
If your Debit Card is lost or stolen during business hours, call us at (906) 228-7080 or stop by your nearest branch.
If it is lost after business hours use the following number: (877) 221-1092.
