Change of Address or Phone Number

  • Change your address or phone on the Profile tab in online banking
  • A written request with signature faxed, mailed, or dropped off at any location

  • 2 digit suffix to follow base number, example 12345634 for money maker, 65432100 for regular share

Incoming

  • Final Credit to: Member’s name & account number
  • No fee for incoming wires

Outgoing

  • Wires must be requested by 3:30pm to be processed for current day.
  • Member must provide complete outgoing wire instructions
  • Wires must have member signature or call back verification with current phone number on file at credit union
  • $15 fee

  • Change PIN with activation number or by calling 1-877 PHONPIN (1-877-746-6746)
  • Lost/Stolen 1-877-221-1092 (after hours)
  • Debit cards only work in US and Canada. Contact us if you plan an international trip
